Reds
Cabernet Sauvignon - Noble Californian red grape, rich in tannins, produces a deep full bodied wine with intense aroma and flavour. A robust wine, perfect with red meat or wild game. Best when aged for several months. Merlot - Characteristically deep in colour with black cherry & berry aromas. The full fruit intensity of this wine makes it perfect with lamb, red meats & spicy tomato sauce dishes. Pinot Noir - A very popular grape producing a wine with very fruity, yet spicy characteristics. Has a velvety flavour & a fullness of aroma resembling black currants. Aging uncovers further complexity. Shiraz - Boasts an incredible concentrated blend of blackberry fruit, spice and chocolate, all within a firm structure that keeps it together beautifully. Whites Chamblaise - Refreshing, crisp, classic California style. Chardonnay - Bursting with fruit flavour within a distinct oak character. Exceptionally smooth and pleasing on the palate. A popular favourite. Riesling - Dry, medium bodied with modest acidity & a noticeable fruitiness. Sauvignon Blanc - Clean, fruity aroma & distinctive grassy bouquet. A crisp fresh tasting wine with wonderful fruit character. |
